Terms & Conditions


By booking London Shine cleaning service service via telephone, e-mail or website the client is agreeing to be bound by London Shine Terms and Conditions of Service. Minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit applies. A minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted price may be payable at the time of booking. In the event of such deposit having been paid, the remaining balance should be paid upon completion of the specified work.

Payment Methods

  • Direct Bank Transfer or Standing Order (Our Bank Details will be provided when you book our services).
  • Cash


The Client is responsible for providing cleaning materials and equipment when booking a regular or one-off cleaning service. We can provide all cleaning materials and equipment on request. Please note that this may be subject to surcharge.


The Client may cancel/re-schedule a service by giving at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise if not notified on time London Shine will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit and no refund can be claimed.
The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lockout caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.


The Client may terminate the whole service by giving two weeks (14 days) advanced notice in writing and specifying the last cleaning date. Otherwise the Client agrees to pay the full service charges To London Shine.

Non Payment

London Shine will collect any outstanding money owed to them. If as a result London Shine has to use a debt collecting agency or county court to secure payment, the clients agrees to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest which will occur due to the result of none payment of their outstanding bill.


London Shine has public liability insurance for £2 million, which protects client''s home against major accidental damage caused by a cleaner whilst on your property. All claims must be notified within 24 hours of discovery.
We cover for damages over £250.


In case of a complaint London Shine requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above limit. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.

London Shine reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check this website for updates.
