REGULAR FORTNIGHTLY CLEANING SERVICES from £20
By ordering regular daily/weekly/fortnightly service you have a cleaner coming at the day and time convenient for you and arranged with our Customer Service advisor during the booking.
Below is our standard task list that the cleaners complete on a daily/weekly/fortnightly basis, however if you wish you can prepare your list of requirements for each visit.
Entrance areas and reception
Polish brass, clean the front door, remove the finger marks from all surfaces, dust window sills and ledges, wipe doors, lamps, furniture, empty and clean bins, wipe skirting boards, vacuum carpets and wash the floors.
Kitchen
We clean all appliances, cupboards outside, tables, and chairs, worktops, wash the dishes, clean microwave and oven inside and outside, clean hob, clean the tops, picture frames, window sills, door and handles, empty and clean bin.
Bathroom
We clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out, clean and wash the bathtub(shower cabin), polish the tabs, clean and wash the tiles, polish mirrors and glasses, clean and wash all surfaces, polish where necessary, clean the cabinets outside (if there are any), clean and wash the sink, polish the taps, remove limescale, clean and dust the fan, wipe the door and the handle, wipe the light switches and picture frames, empty the bin, wipe skirting boards, hovering and mop the floor.
Bedrooms
We clean and polish furniture, wardrobes and drawers outside, dust all tops and surfaces, clean and dust the picture frames, lamp shapes, skirting boards, the light switches, hovering and mop the floor if wooden. We also will make the bed and change the bed linen if required.
The price for regular daily/weekly/fortnightly cleaning starts from £20 per hour per cleaner. For regular domestic cleaning customers are expected to provide cleaning materials and equipment needed for the cleaning, as well as access to water and electricity for our cleaners. For regular domestic cleaning, we require a minimum of 3 hours for each visit.
ONE-OFF / SPRING CLEANING SERVICES from £20
Spring cleaning is excellent service to refresh your house. We can offer a variety of options to meet your requirements.

Our prices for one-off cleaning: £20 per hour for one cleaner using client`s cleaning chemicals £25 per hour for one cleaner using company’s cleaning chemicals.
We ask the client to provide a vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop and portable ladder. Alternatively, we can supply these for an additional charge. For One-off/Spring cleaning, we require a minimum of 4 hours for each visit.
END OF TENANCY CLEANING from £25
Tenancy Cleaning Task List is as follows:
- Entrance areas and reception - all floors vacuumed/mopped, inside windows, any mirrors scrubbed and polished, deep clean of all cupboards/wardrobes, fixtures, framework, ledges, sills and doors, scrubbed sanitized and polished where applicable.
- Kitchen - all appliances and cupboards deep-cleaned inside and out, all kitchen surfaces scrubbed, sanitized and polished where applicable, deep clean of all fixtures, de-lime and de-scale of any tile, all ledges, framework, walls and doors scrubbed, sanitized if they are from washable paint.
- Bathroom - all floors and surfaces scrubbed and sanitized, including de-lime and de-scale of any bathroom tile, toilets, sinks, baths and showers scrubbed, sanitized, de-limed and de-scaled, mirrors and any steel fixtures scrubbed and polished.
- Bedrooms - all floors vacuumed/mopped, inside windows, any mirrors scrubbed and polished, deep clean of all cupboards/wardrobes, fixtures, framework, ledges, sills and doors, scrubbed sanitized and polished where applicable.
Please note: We will do our best to make sure your appliances are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned since they were purchased, regrettably, we will not be liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals.
Freezers must be defrosted in advance, due to the time involved in defrosting. Cupboards and wardrobes must to be empty in order to be cleaned. Please note that our End of Tenancy cleaning service does not include cleaning of walls. We can clean your walls upon request for an extra charge, but only in the case that they are washable.

IRONING from £20
We can offer ironing services at the client site for only £20 per hour. It can be done as a part of redular/one-off services or booked separately.
